The compact discs containing video clippings of the narco analysis of eight terror suspects conducted by narco analysis expert S.Malini were marked as evidence in the First Additional District and Sessions Court here on Thursday.

Appearing before the court on Thursday Ms Malini placed before the court, 19 CDs pertaining to the narco analysis of eight terror suspects and wanted to play them before the court. However, First Additional District and Sessions Judge Gopalkrishna Kolli said there was no need for it as already the reports pertaining to the same had been placed before the court.

Meanwhile, the advocates for the accused K.M. Sheeralli and Usman Jalgar sought to know the reason for the delay in submitting the CDs and reports to investigating officer and suspected that CDs might have been tampered with. Public Prosecutor B.A.Bhandekar represented the prosecution. The judge put off the hearing to October 6 and the recording of the statements of the accused is likely to begin from that day.

The accused were arrested in 2008 from different parts of the state and the country including Hubli and have been charged with having links with terror outfits.
