Appearing before the court on Thursday Ms Malini placed before the court, 19 CDs pertaining to the narco analysis of eight terror suspects and wanted to play them before the court. However, First Additional District and Sessions Judge Gopalkrishna Kolli said there was no need for it as already the reports pertaining to the same had been placed before the court.
Meanwhile, the advocates for the accused K.M. Sheeralli and Usman Jalgar sought to know the reason for the delay in submitting the CDs and reports to investigating officer and suspected that CDs might have been tampered with.
