The bodies of passengers, who died in Bangalore City - Nanded Express fire accident are being shifted from the accident spot to Government hospitals in Bangalore.
Bangalore City police said about fifteen bodies that had not been identified would be shifted to Victoria and Bowring Hospitals. The bodies are being shifted for identification and DNA tests, police said.
According to a press release from South Western Railways, the bodies are expected to arrive at around 1.00 pm. Relatives of the deceased are requested not to go to the accident site. They are requested to come to Victoria Hospital for identification of the body.
Police said the victims had boarded the ill-fated train from Bangalore and it is suspected that they were residing in and around Bangalore. Shifting the bodies to these hospitals would not only helps to conduct DNA test to establish their identity but also helps to hand over the bodies to the relatives, the police officials said.
The bodies have charred beyond recognition and the officials are finding it difficult to establish their identity.
Meanwhile Union Railway minister Mallikajuna kharge has ordered an inquiry into the fire incident.
Former Zilla Panchayath member of Adaki in Gulbarga, Bheemaiah was also on the train and is feared to have perished.
Commissioner of Railway Safety, southern region, Bangalore, SK Mittal is on his way to accident site for inquiry.

Vijaya Murthy, who is admitted to Railway Hospital in Anantpur, besides Ms. Vijetha (25), Ms.Thaunshri (5), Mr Natesh (30), who are admitted to Kranthi Hospital, Ananthpur.
Meanwhile, Ms. Thanuja (18), Ms.Dhal Indrta (18) and Mr Narahari Rao (40) have been discharged from hospitals after first aid.
