With the Legislative Council Chairman not allowing discussion on the allegations against three Ministers in Council following point of order raised by the ruling party on Thursday, Leader of the Opposition in the Council K.S. Eshwarappa announced that the Bharatiya Janata Party would continue its fight against Ministers facing charges both inside and outside the legislature.

After the adjournment of the Council over the issue, Mr. Eshwarappa told presspersons that the BJP would not stop its fight until Minister of State for Food and Civil Supplies Dinesh Gundu Rao, Minister for Co-operation H.S. Mahadev Prasad and Minister for Municipal Administration Qamarul Islam tendered their resignations or were dropped from the Ministry.
