BJP leader and former Minister S. Suresh Kumar escaped unhurt when his vehicle met with an accident at Manigere Gate on Maddur–Malavalli highway on Sunday.
The accident occurred when his vehicle slowed down at a speed bump and another vehicle that was behind rammed it.
Mr. Suresh Kumar was proceeding towards Dindigul when the incident occurred.
The BJP leader continued the journey in another vehicle.
