Fifty three cars were damaged in a fire that broke out in the parking lot of a car showroom in Hebbal Industrial area here on Sunday.
Police said 36 cars were gutted and 15 partially damaged in the fire at the parking lot belonging to R.S. Showroom, dealers of Tata and Fiat.
The cause of the fire was being investigated, the police said.
Three fire tenders doused the fire after an hour-long operation.
