The Chickballapur district administration, the Department of Employment and Training, and Sir M.V. Industrial Institute will jointly conduct a mini-job fair on Saturday.
1,175 jobsThe fair will be held at the M.V. Industrial Training Centre, Chickballapur, Deputy Commissioner M.V. Venkatesh said. Around 30 companies would participate in the job fair and as many as 1,175 jobs would be on offer, he said.
PreferencePreference would be given to those who have graduated from industrial training institutes (ITIs), diploma holders, and those interested in tailoring and the garment industry.
