150 candidates get jobs at Udyoga mela

As many as 150 persons got placed with private companies at a job fair ere on Saturday.

Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) District officer Siddaramappa inaugurated the fair and called upon youngsters to become self-reliant by making use of government schemes. He suggested that youth to develop their skills to meet challenges.

Educated and unemployed youth from different parts of the district, including school dropouts, attended the programme.

Rotary Club, Mandya, had organised the ‘Udyoga Mela’ in association with a private company on its premises.
