Twelve persons were injured in a clash between supporters of two political parties over a road construction work at Gerupura in Malur taluk on Saturday.
Supporters of Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) first entered into a heated verbal duel, then attacked each other. All the injured have been admitted to hospital. Malur police have registered a case.
