Additional Solicitor General Indira Jaising on Monday made it clear that it was for the Chief Justice of India P. Sathasivam to reply to Justice A.K. Ganguly’s letter to him. As far as releasing the law intern’s affidavit was concerned, Ms. Jaising said “I have been authorised by the intern to make the affidavit, filed by her before the three-judge panel, public as I was disturbed by the fact that some eminent persons supported Justice Ganguly. I have nothing more to say.”
