Even as the probe into the recent terror attack on a woman diplomat of Israeli embassy here continues, Israel's National Security Advisor (NSA) Yaakov Amidror on Monday met Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram.
During their 50-minute meeting, the Home Minister and the visiting NSA were understood to have discussed the progress made in the probe into the terror attack and various other security related aspects, source said. Both Mr. Amidror and Mr. Chidambaram declined to comment about their meeting. Mr. Amidror's visit to North Block came close on the heels of the arrest of journalist Syed Mohammed Kazmi here in connection with the February 13 attack. The arrest has evoked sharp criticism from the civil society and journalists' organisations in the city.
