Syed Mohammed Ahmad Kazmi, arrested for his alleged role in the February 13 Israeli car bombing case, was today remanded in police custody for 20 days by a Delhi court.
Kazmi was produced before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Vinod Yadav, who remanded him in police custody till March 27 after the Special Cell of the Delhi police said he was an integral part of the entire conspiracy and his custodial interrogation was necessary as there was possibility of involvement of foreign nationals in the crime.
“The accused (Kazmi) is remanded to police custody till March 27,” the CMM said, while allowing the police request for Kazmi’s remand.
The investigators told the court that the attack was launched in a well-planned manner and it was not an accident.
“The entire incident was not an accidental act as it was done in a well—planned manner,” the Delhi Police said.
The prosecutor, however, refused to share all the information in the open court saying the main accused in the case might go out of the reach if all the information about the investigation is disclosed at this stage.

The action of India is in total defiance to its initial strong stand against the pressures put on us by US & Israel for cutting ties with Iran.
Iran which has never been an aggressor since democracy took over is no comparisn to the US and Israel who have always proved to be a threat to mankind. US who has attacked 16 countries since 1980 and Israel who has attacked 4 countries has no credibility and are but back stabbers, unlike Iran who has always maintained co-lateral ties with India not because this was needed but because we have been friends since ages and have socio-cultural ties since centuries. So NO India shouldnt give up to the pressures by the present aggressors.
Now all the bleeding hearts will claim that 1.India is once again
committing the error of toeing the US line, or, 2.he was an Israeli
plant.
This only reinforces the idea that Iran is the aggressor in this case.
It cannot be trusted. It's entire foreign policy is based on religion
and terrorism. Regarding the present oil situation, either we press Iran
into parting with huge amounts of oil at throwaway prices or we take a
stand against this irresponsible demonic theocracy.
