Union Culture Minister Chandresh Kumari Katoch and her Senegal counterpart Adboul Aziz Mbaye on Monday signed an “Executive Programme for Cultural Cooperation” for 2013-2015. It will focus on training in artistic heritage, music, dance, theatre and puppetry, promote publications on cultural heritage and encourage exchange of experts in various fields
