Third rank holder in the UPSC Civil Services exam Nidhi Gupta says that real happiness will come only after serving in the field.

The Delhi based girl is an Assistant Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise and is presently undergoing training at Faridabad.

A highly elated Ms. Gupta celebrated her success with her family at their West Delhi situated house on Saturday. “I am happy with my success but real happiness will come only when I start working in the field and start seeing satisfaction on the face of the people.”

“I want to bring reforms to the department where I get posted. I have some things in mind but don’t want to talk about them right now, you will see once it is implemented,” she said.

Ms. Gupta said that she would like to work on women empowerment and would prefer if she gets posted in some place like Haryana, where she can bring about a substantial change.
