In a bizarre incident, a woman delivered her baby inside an ambulance surrounded by about a dozen lions in Gujarat's Amreli on Thursday. The pregnant lady, a resident of Lunsapur village in Jafrabad, developed labour pain while the ambulance carrying her was midway a forest land.
The ambulance staff decided to get the newborn delivered within the vehicle, while the wild cats kept roaming around it. The vehicle staff contacted a physician over phone who directed them to conduct the delivery.
