Goods worth more than Rs. 1 crore were traded across the Line of Control (LoC) on Wednesday between the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Jammu and Kashmir at the Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here, officials said. Twenty-five trucks rolled out of the Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) to the PoK.
These trucks carried bags of banana, onion and tamarind worth Rs. 62,05,260.
From the PoK, four trucks carrying dry dates, almonds and pomegranate seeds, worth Rs. 47,74,314, entered India, the officials said.
Officials from both countries monitored the transport of these goods twice.
