A 10-year-old gang rape victim died in a government hospital in Bihar’s Katihar district on Thursday, the police said.
The child was admitted to the hospital on April 28, a day after she was gang-raped by three persons at Bareta village. She had gone to cut grass on a field owned by one of the accused, Nirmal Sah. The police are looking for him and two others, Latra Yadav and Alok Yadav. A case of rape and murder has been registered.
