The Department of Telecommunications is ready with its to-do list for the new government at the Centre. The Department, which was plagued by policy paralysis post the 2G spectrum scam, has prepared a note describing, in detail, ongoing projects in the telecom sector, particularly manufacturing, and what further steps are required to see them through within a set time frame.

The note, which underlines the DoT’s priorities and entails huge government investments, will be presented to the new Telecom Minister.
