A 58-year-old man whose legs had to be amputated, following injuries sustained in the blast outside the Delhi High Court, passed away on Saturday morning at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here. With this the death toll in the blast rose to 15.

Rattan Lal Shroff, a garments commissioning agent and resident of Model Town, had waged an uphill battle for the past 10 days.
