Dayalu Ammal, former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi’s wife, is likely to appear in a special court here on May 6 to depose as a CBI witness in the 2G spectrum allocation case.

The CBI has submitted a list of prosecution witnesses to be called for recording of their statements in the case before Special CBI judge O.P. Saini.

In its second charge sheet in the case, the CBI said Ms. Dayalu Ammal (80) was having 60 per cent stake in Kalaignar TV and she had delegated her powers to Sharad Kumar to run the company's affairs.
