Even as the Bharatiya Janata Party government released a >list of all its achievements through the year , the Congress too came up with its own >report card assessing the NDA govt.'s tenure, labelling it "Ek saal, desh badhaal [one year, country in tatters]".

Stamping a "fail" on the Modi Sarkar 2014-2015, the Congress' report card pithily summed up the NDA's performance as "broken promises, boastful claims, shattered dreams, a nation betrayed".

In its 46-page booklet, the Congress has assessed the government on 11 broad parameters, including agricultural distress, black money "jumla", human resource destruction, regressive leadership and sought to play down the efficacy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's foreign policy.
