Home Minister P. Chidambaram visited the three blast sites in Mumbai late tonight to take stock of the situation.

At all the three sites, he spoke to investigators and forensic experts who are trying to get additional leads into details regarding the blasts.

At Opera House, Mr. Chidambaram was accompanied by Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and newly-sworn Union Minister and local MP Milind Deora.

He, however, did not speak to waiting media-persons at any of the sites.

The Union Home Minister visited Saifee Hospital close to Opera House and instructed the doctors to take good care of the injured.

At least 21 people were killed and 141 injured in the three blasts that rocked the financial capital this evening.
