The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for its Class X on Thursday.

The pass overall pass percentage is 97.33 this year as against the 98.87 per cent last year.
Girls have done better than boys in terms of getting qualified for admissions in higher classes. While 97.82 per cent of girls have qualified for higher classes, the number of boys qualifying is 96.8 percent.
The number of students who have scored a 10 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) this year is a whopping 94,447.
Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is the average of Grade Points obtained in all the subjects excluding 6th additional subject as per Scheme of Studies.
In all, 13,73,853 candidates were registered for Class X examination this year, an increase of about 3.37 per cent over that of last year.
