The Central Bureau of Investigation will interrogate the former Telecom Minister, A. Raja; the former Telecom Secretary, Siddhartha Behura, and Reliance ADA Group managing director Gautam Doshi on Monday in connection with further probe into the 2G spectrum case.

Moving its application, the CBI told a Delhi court that the questioning could be done in either the courtroom or the agency's chamber or the lock-up facility in the Patiala House court complex.

Counsel for Mr. Doshi asked the CBI whether the questioning was in the present case or on another FIR that was registered.

“Further probe on”

Brushing aside his objection, Special Judge O. P. Saini said the matter was between the CBI and the court, and the accused had no say in it.

“Further investigation is being carried out and A. Raja, Siddharth Behura and Gautam Doshi are required to be examined in judicial custody in the interest of the case,” the CBI application said.
