BJP to highlight MP, Gujarat model

September 30, 2014 12:26 am | Updated November 16, 2021 05:45 pm IST - NEW DELHI:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaign for the Maharahstra and Haryana Assembly elections will follow a two-pronged strategy. “The first strategy is to advertise the development of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat under BJP governments. The second is to highlight the achievements of the central government in the last four months. Modiji will lead the campaign,” a BJP leader said.

Besides Mr. Modi, senior party leaders, Ministers and Chief Ministers from neighbouring States will launch a blitzkrieg campaign. In both the States, the party will highlight the anti-incumbency factor against the Congress-led governments and the corruption scandals.
