In a first-of-its-kind, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will hold a Cabinet meeting on a floating restaurant in the Ganga on Makar Sankranti day, with an aim to promote Ganga tourism in the State.

“The State cabinet will meet on the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation’s 48-seater AC floating restaurant known as Ganga Vihar on Makar Sankranti day on January 14,” officials said on Tuesday.

Special Bihari delicacies would be served to nearly 200 guests, including ministers, bureaucrats and mediapersons on that day, they said.

The meeting on the ship would be for around two hours, they added.
