The Gujarat High Court on Monday reserved its order till October 7 on reference made by the special CBI court seeking its direction on the constitutional validity of the request of the former DSP, Narendra Amin, to turn approver in the Sohrabuddin-Kausar Bi murder case.
The CBI had taken the stand that it had no objection to the suspended officer turning approver on condition of making “true disclosures.”
