Abundant rain, problems aplenty


The nation has been gifted with a surplus rainfall of 25 per cent till date this year. The month-old monsoon has battered several States, throwing normal life out of gear. With the met department predicting more rainfall, it seems like a nightmare than a blessing for the people.
