I feel another movement like Anna needs to be started for reviving the proposal mooted by many think tanks linking all our rivers from the Himalayas to cape comorin. God knows when this will materialse. When there is wastage of water through floods leading to massive destruction a large part of India reels under the impact of drought. Are there no sensible think tanks in the policy making line up to revamp the proposal to link all the Rivers please
