The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the result of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2012.
Lakhs of students had taken the examination at different centres across the country on May 20 this year.
The result, carrying roll numbers of the successful candidates, has been put up on the UPSC website.
The result of roll no. 253465 has been withheld, a release from the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.
“The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the (UPSC) website before filling up the online Detailed Application Form.
“All the qualified candidates are advised to fill up the DAF and submit it online for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2012 to be held from October 5, 2012,” a DoPT release said.
