Justice B. Chandra Kumar of the A.P. High Court is likely to hear on Wednesday afternoon, the petitions filed by YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy challenging his arrest and his subsequent custody.
The judge wanted to know from Jagan's counsel whether there were any provisions under the law to grant permission to Jagan to carry on his campaign in by-elections. The judge said without going into merits and facts of the case, the question will specifically be dealt by the court on Wednesday. The petition filed by CBI challenging the decision of the special CBI Court in rejecting its plea to grant police custody of Jagan to interrogate him in disproportionate assets case was also to be tagged along with this petition. The special court of the CBI did not grant custody of Jagan to CBI. It also did not entertain the request of the MP from Kadapa to be set free to facilitate electioneering. Meanwhile, the judge reserved orders in a petition filed by Jagathi Publications and Vijaya Sai Reddy challenging the action of the special court in taking cognizance of the charge-sheet filed by CBI against them. They said that incomplete charge-sheet cannot be entertained by the special court and that too when the investigation was not complete.

As per a private TV Channel opinion poll, the YSR party was leading 14 out of 18 seats. This is a clear case of using CBI by the Congress at Center. Though I'm not a supporter of Jagan party, as an individual, I understand this arrest is truly, for a political mileage.
While growing up my mother use to tell us a story, that once a mother had 4 kids of which 3 of them worked hard became a doctor, an engineer and an IAS officer and the other onebeing lax and settled as a teacher. Initially mother lives with those kids and gets disappointed and baffled by their dishonesty and their lust for money and reaches the teacher son. She gets impressed by his hard work, his desire to teach kids and imbibe moral into the kids. She lives ever after happily with him happily tough he had a every thing less. I am not sure if Jagan’s mother failed to imbibe such a moral character into him and to my surprise still she argues that he has made no mistake? Is this an atypical Indian mother or our culture has changed so much to encourage their kith and kin to follow first three examples?
This fellow either must be totally ignorant or blind for not able to realize his sins. Any sane individuals including 5 year kid would understand how corrupt he is. He is criminal and he should never come out of jail, it is shame some people are calling him the lion him the loin of AP, where our standards are reacing?
Most shameful to drag Netaji into this. Cursing wont be enough. Netaji was from a wealthy family who gave up the rich and comfortable life for the country. Jagan and his family were in financial problems before they got elected. The family has not only amassed wealth by looting to the hilt, they also have created the most corrupt state in the country. Thanks to them, the Gali brothers could compete with them to make Karnataka the same. The family has been caught with the loot which they cannot hide, try to find the same with the CBI and CAG and ED officers who are going after them before blaming them. Unlike Jagan who made a sham fast, Netaji was force fed by the British when he went on fast.
Some people won the elections from the prisons.The plea of electioneering should not be allowed.However,he may be allowed to speak from the prison itself with his party members.He should be accessed to the feedback about the latest developments in the constituencies where he is contesting.Otherwise,it is construed as conspiracy against him.Also,as he had already covered many areas including the present 18 segments in the name of yatras-it does not truely depreive him the chances of winning.Also, as the swindles are running into crores of rupees ,he should not be allowed to move freely.
In the history of Congress, there are only two rebels,who went against congress all the way. Netaji Subash Chandra Bose and YS Jagan. People may curse me for comparing Bose and Jagan,forgive me.
I would like to bring to your kind attention Congress played dirty tricks on Netaji and named him as "war Criminal" in collusion with then CID and British Govt. Now Jagan, who didn't bow to CBI and Sonia Maino (Italy) are being labelled as "Corrupt Politician". Netaji is Bengali Tiger and Jagan is Telugu Simha. If power is all Bose cared, he wouldn't have been died and If Money is all Jagan cared, he would have been in Jail, for they both would have bowed to Gandhi's ! Jai Jagan
