A special CBI court here on Wednesday issued a non-bailable warrant against dentist Nupur Talwar in connection with Aarushi-Hemraj murder case as she failed to appear before it.
Special Judge Preeti Singh fixed April 18 as the next date of hearing.
The order came on the application moved by the CBI seeking issuance of a warrant against Nupur, who was not appearing before the court despite directions.
Dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar’s only daughter 14-year-old Aarushi had been found dead at the family’s Noida residence on the night intervening May 15 and 16, 2008.
The next day, the body of their servant Hemraj was also found on the terrace of the house.

I think, the over excitements shown by the electronic media in the
brutal Aarushi murder case, exaggerated the investigation into a mess. A deliberate media coverage guided people to believe who are the brains behind the carnage! Ours is a complex social system with a blend of conservative thoughts as well as the contemporary wind of borrowed culture from the west. The conclusion coming out of such nefarious cases may up-bring some changes in our way of thinking. Let's see the dynamics of a changing morphology of a culturally rich nation.
This is India - if you got money you can drag the case as long as you want until people forget. What else is new in India- you can getaway with anything
I'm sure there's a hideous mistake somewhere. How can a mother kill her only child?
This is almost a 3 year old case. Authorities are still finding it difficult to figure out the actual guilty. If the so called highest level of investigating agency needs more than 3 years to nab the culprit in this case, i wonder how many more years will it take to figure out the guilty in other popular cases that are of national interest.
