Arjun Munda recovering

Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda, who sustained injuries when his helicopter crashlanded on Wednesday, is stable and recovering fast, doctors at the Apollo Hospitals here said.

Mr. Munda had suffered multiple injuries, fractured his arm, back and ankle. His wife Meera and four others who were travelling with him also sustained injuries.

“Our doctors are in contact with their AIIMS counterparts in New Delhi. The CT scan reports of all patients are normal. We will keep the patients for 24-hour observation in ICU,” Apollo Superintendent P.D. Sinha said here on Thursday.
