One more Indian vessel, hijacked by Somali pirates, was released on Sunday. Al Kadri, registered at Mandvi in Kutch district in Gujarat, was hijacked about a week ago with 11 crew members, while it was on its way from Dubai to Mogadishu, the Somalia capital.

The vessel Krishnajyot was released by Somali pirates on Saturday. Sources in the Vahanbatta Association of Gujarat said after the release, Al Kadri had headed towards Dubai on its way back to India.

Six more Indian vessels are still being held by the pirates.
