YSR Congress (YSRC) legislators submitted a privilege notice against Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao on Wednesday.

In their privilege notice, the YSR Congress MLAs said the Chief Minister during the debate on Pattiseema project on Tuesday spoke in a threatening manner against Leader of Opposition Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy and members and used “unparliamentary language”.

In his representation to the Speaker, YSRC MLA D. Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, said the way in which the Chief Minister spoke and his threatening manner was creating fear among YSRC MLAs and the responsibility of providing protection to the MLAs rested with the Speaker.
