A mother and child committed suicide by jumping into a tank near Chegunta in Medak district on Monday. According to Chegunta Sub- Inspector B. Srinivas Reddy, Manjula (28) along with her daughter Rushiti, (2), jumped into a tank and committed suicide. The body of the baby was traced while the mother’s body is yet to be traced. Both of them belong to Nursing village in Chegunta manadal. Police registered a case and are investigating. Family disputes are suspected to be the reason for suicide.
