A woman was killed in a ghastly road accident near Karajada, a village located on the outskirts of Srikakulam on Thursday. She was identified as Kadambala Manasa (39) of Amudalavalasa.
Her husband Unna Ramarao was also seriously injured and admitted to the RIMS, Srikakulam. According to police, a Volvo bus has hit the bike on which the couple was travelling.
Srikakulam rural police registered a case against the travels and sent the body for the post-mortem.
