Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K. Chandrasekhar Rao will address a public meeting at Jogipet on Tuesday. This will be the first public meeting to be addressed by TRS president after formal announcement of elections.

The party wants to make the public meeting a grand success as the party expects that this will have its impact not only the general elections but also on the MPTC and ZPTC elections that would be held shortly.

Party senior legislator T. Harish Rao and district unit president R. Satyanarayana are supervising the arrangements.

TDP former leader P. Babumohan is expected to join the party along with some others. However, the party is keeping it as secret on the joining of others.

Similarly, the party is expected to introduce B.B. Patil, a native of Nizamabad district and aspirant for Zaheerabad Lok Sabha seat, in this public meeting.
