Tributes paid to YSR on birth anniversary

Glowing tributes were paid to former Chief Minister Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy on his 65 birth anniversary on Tuesday.

YSR Congress leaders and activists visited the late leader’s statue installed at Punjagutta junction and paid floral tributes. Not to lag behind the Congress leaders from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh visited the statue to pay their respects to the late leader.

In the Assembly premises, YSR Congress MLAs – Uppuleti Kalpana and A. Suresh garlanded the portrait of YSR and paid their respects. The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee and the APCC held separate programmes to pay their tributes at Gandhi Bhavan and Indira Bhavan.
