Three die of sunstroke

A tailor and a tractor mechanic died of sunstroke at Chagalamarri in Kurnool district on Sunday.

Peddamudiyam Hussain Peera, 40, a tailor in Kotagadda Street in the town collapsed while stitching clothes and died. A tractor mechanic Nanne Saheb, 48, who returned from Kadapa after procuring some material for tractors, suffered from dehydration and died, according to information. Zilla Parishad cooption member Babu Lal consoled the bereaved families and assured to get ex gratia sanctioned to them. An 85-year-old woman Venkatamma died of sunstroke in Srinagar Colony at Porumamilla in Kadapa district on Sunday.
