Test for pilgrims

A committee of specialist doctors will conduct medical tests on pilgrims intending to visit Amarnath, at the King George Hospital every Monday and Thursday and issue certificates, Superintendent M. Madhusudhana Babu said in a press release.

A nominal fee of Rs. 500 has to be paid by a pilgrim for the medical test, which will go to the Hospital Development Society account of the KGH, Dr. Madhusudhana Babu added.
