Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will conduct district level ‘telephone adalat’ on April 17 at 10.30 a.m. at BSNL Bhavan here under the chairmanship of Senior General Manager Krishna Telecom District.
In a press release, Sub-Divisional Engineer (PR) K.G.K. Benarji said telecom service complaints/grievances that were already registered with BSNL before March 31 would be considered. The petition along with copies of all previous correspondence with BSNL could be sent to him on or before April 15 with caption “SSA level telephone adalat – April 2015”. Complaints from STD PTs/local PT franchise would not be considered in the adalat.
