A 17-year-old girl, Erukali Venkata Lakshmamma, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in an agricultural well near Alamuru village in Rudravaram mandal in Kurnool district on Thursday.
Daughter of Erukali Rajanna, the girl who studied up to fifth standard and stayed at home, was found dead in a well belonging to Chinna Balaiah in the village. Rudravaram sub-inspector Hanumanthappa got the body fished out, registered a case and shifted it to the Government hospital at Allagadda for post-mortem.
