In the return direction flight no. 1013 will take off from Vizag at 2.20 p.m. and land in Vijayawada at 3.20 p.m. and take off from there at 3.40 p.m. to land in Tirupati at 4.45 p.m.

The Railways and APS RTC have already announced special services for the Krishna Pushkaralu.

Mangipudi Sai Srinivas, engineer from the city working in Africa, who was held hostage by unidentified persons and released after 18 days in captivity, was longing to meet his family members.

His wife Sri Lalita went to receive him at the Mumbai Airport. His son and daughter were eagerly awaiting him at their home in the city. “The Air India flight from Mumbai to Vizag via Raipur, which was scheduled to leave Mumbai at 10 a.m. on Sunday was delayed by one-and-a-half hours in Mumbai due to some technical problem,” said Mr. Srinivas on Sunday night.

There are complaints that the AI 952 Dubai – Vizag flight via Hyderabad is getting frequently delayed between Hyderabad and Vizag. A few weeks ago the arrival of this flight in Vizag was delayed by one-and-a-half hours and the worst part was that those waiting to receive their relatives were not given information on the delay by the airline officials.
