Sidda promises all support to scribes

Transport Minister Sidda Raghava on Sunday promised journalists to provide house sites, health cards and other benefits. Taking part in the Prakasam district conference of the Andhra Pradesh Union of Working Journalists(APUWJ) at Kanigiri, he urged the media to play a positive role in building the new State. APUWJ State general secretary I.V.Subba Rao said all journalists, including sub-editors would get health cards as Ugadi gift later this month. He also announced that an academy would be set up in Ongole to hone the skills of journalists.
