Several IAS, IFS officers get new postings

In an administrative reshuffle, Andhra Pradesh government on Tuesday effected transfers and postings of several IAS and IFS officers on Tuesday.

Neerabah Kumar Prasad, Principal Secretary (Tourism), Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department and MD, A.P. Tourism development Corporation Limited has been re-designated as Principal Secretary to Government (Tourism & Culture), Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department and MD, A.P. Tourism Development Corporation Limited.

Dr. D. Srinivasulu is the new Principal Secretary, Rain Shadow Areas Development Department, while G. Jayalakshmi is the secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department.

M. Jagannadham is joint secretary, office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and P. Usha Kumari is the Director, Women and Child Welfare.

Gandham Chandrudu, additional commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority and Capital Area has been transferred and posted Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Krishna District in place of M.V. Seshagiri Babu, who has been transferred.

G. Rekha Rani has been posted Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of A.P. while Nalini Mohan has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Ayush and ex-officio secretary to the Government (Ayush), Health, Medical and Family Welfare department.

Chiranjeevi Chowdhary, IFS has been posted Special Secretary to Government, Planning Department, while Shantipriya Panday, conservator of forests, Kurnool has been posted additional secretary, planning department.

Rahul Pandey, Conservator of Forest and Field Director, Project Tiger, Srisailam has been transferred and posted additional secretary, Energy Infrastructure and Investment Department and MD, New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation Limited.
