Sage advice for

young doctors

Young doctors should shun away from the aspects of commercialisation and strive to uphold the values of their profession, said Dr. Armugham, Professor and former Superintendent of Maternity Hospital.

During the 50th Graduation Day of SVMC, here on Monday, Dr. Armugham advised the graduate doctors to imbibe qualities such as dedication, commitment and sincerity, which he said, were essential for the medical fraternity.

A good doctor should possess such qualities and provide a healthy nature of treatment to the patients. He/she should know the difference between vanity and humanity
