Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K. Rosaiah is leaving for New Delhi on Wednesday when he is likely to brief the Congress leadership about the volatile situation in the State in the wake of the fast launched by Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

Mr. Rosaiah is scheduled to call on Congress president Sonia Gandhi to greet her on her birthday and return to the city in the night. Mr. Rosaiah has already communicated to the party leadership the proceedings of the all-party meeting held on Monday to elicit the views of political parties on the course of action to resolve the stalemate over the TRS chief’s fast.
