Senior Congress leader and former Minister D.L. Ravindra Reddy is all set to join the TDP in the next 2-3 days, while another former Minister, K. Parthasarathy, is mulling over joining the YSR Congress.

Dr. Ravindra Reddy held discussions with TDP’s Mydukur Assembly constituency in-charge Sudhakar Yadav at Duvvur on Monday and addressed a meeting of TDP functionaries. Dr. Reddy asserted that Mr. Naidu alone was capable of putting brakes on YSRC president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy’s chances of becoming the Chief Minister. Dr. Ravindra Reddy, who fell out with former Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, was dropped from the State Cabinet last year.
