Ramoji Rao’s son passes away

Ch.Suman, Managing Director of Ushodaya Enterprises and the younger son of Eenadu Group of companies Chairman, Ch. Ramoji Rao, passed away at a private hospital here on Thursday night after battling with a serious ailment for the last five years. He was 45 and is survived by his wife, Vijayeswari, Managing Director, Dolphin Hotels and a son and daughter.

A multi-faceted personality, Suman with a post-graduate degree in journalism was a well-known name among Telugu television viewers and made a mark as a writer, director and actor. His mortal remains were consigned to the flames at Ramoji Film City on Friday afternoon and several prominent persons from various walks of life attended the funeral. Governor E.S.L.Narasimhan telephoned Mr.Ramoji Rao to express his condolences.
