ACB Director General B. Prasada Rao will most likely replace V. Dinesh Reddy as the DGP when the latter retires on Monday.
Though official sources were tight-lipped on the issue , it was learnt that Mr. Rao was the front runner. He met Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy three days ago, triggering speculation that he might head the police force.
